HOW DOES THIS ALL WORK?
Just drop-off your garments at the assigned location where we will pick it up and return your clean and completed orders usually within 3 business days.

Our quality service is guaranteed; if by some chance an item is not cleaned to your utmost satisfaction, we will redo it free of charge. If you are aware of any stains or repairs needed before pick-up, place a note inside your garment bag.
Please keep in mind that not all stains can be removed, no matter what chemical process is applied. Fabric type, stain type and the duration of the stain may impact the success of removal. If possible, letting us know the cause of the stain, may assist in promoting its elimination.
On occasion a shirt button will crack in the process; we will be more than happy to make the repair for free.
We have a $5.00 minimum order at Corporate locations and offer credit card payment options. A valid credit card must be maintained in our secure system for automatic pre-delivery payment.
Limit of our responsibility:
Our responsibility ends upon delivery of garments per the above schedule. Missing garment(s) or damaged garments, we must be notified within 2 business days of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org
Timeframes for Specialty Items: Please allow up to one week for repairs and household items. Leather and suede cleaning can take up to 2 weeks or longer in the summer months for your garment to be returned. Shoe repair typically takes 1 week and up to 10 days.
Setup Fee: There is a one-time reduced setup fee of $5.00 for all new corporate customers.
