Set up your service. We'll let you know your schedule. Make sure your bag is out by 7:00 am, covered from the weather, on your pick up day and we'll pick up your bag.  Deliveries are as soon as 72 hours depending on your schedule – Holidays check our website! An example: we pickup Monday, garments returned Thursday.
Pick up and delivery is always 100% free. Our prices are often better than your local quality cleaners and other like services and pick-up and delivery is “FREE”.
You can leave your bag(s) at your front door protected from the weather. Or if you prefer, you can designate an area outside your home that works better.
No. You can leave one item, a full bag or anything in-between.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Yes. The majority of our correspondence is via email or text. Plus you receive special offers throughout the year we wouldn't want you to miss like our discount given to 1st-time customers! We value your privacy like it is our own and do not share any information with other third party vendors.
Yes. Our minimum charge is $10.

No, there is no requirement to have a pickup every time we stop.
Please include a note in the bag describing the repair needed or the cause of the stain and describe which garment.

We will be happy to provide a heavy-duty door hanger for your desired pickup and delivery location. Let us know if you need it installed.
In a bad weather scenario, we will automatically skip to your next day of service unless otherwise noted.
Absolutely! Let us know up to 3 days before going out of town on work or vacation and we’ll be happy to hold your order until your return. If you'd like our notifications turned off during that time, just let us know.
We do our best to accommodate special requests.
We’re usually successful at removing stains, but not all stains can be removed. Please provide a note describing the garment stainned and type of stain if known.
We pride ourself on our high-quality care, but mistakes can happen. If we lose or damage an article please notify us within 48 hours of the laundry being returned to you.
Yes. We offer a full range of services including alterations and repairs. Please remember to provide a note in the bag. Please visit our "Services" page to view all service. If there is something you need that isn't listed, don't hesitate to ask.
